The guisidos I tried at the restaurant were lacking in flavor, especially in the chicken mole taco and chicken burrito. Despite the blandness, the quality of the food was good and I appreciated the sustainability efforts with the reusable metal cups and metal baking sheet plating. The dining room was clean and simple, with a nice salsa bar and a menu on a chalkboard behind the counter.
