Growing up in Chicago and having a background in Vienna Sausage sales, I pride myself on knowing an authentic Chicago Dog when I taste one. The Chicago Dog at Mad Dogs truly captures the essence of the Windy City, from the Poppy Seed Bun to the vibrant Neon Green Relish. Amidst the unassuming drive-thru setup, the experience of savoring this delicious creation is a true homage to the tradition of enjoying street food in the city.
