Phoumy's shines brightly on Isaacs street, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The food was enjoyable, especially the Thai Tea, and I was impressed by the attentive service, making it a memorable dining experience that I look forward to repeating.

We ordered food from this restaurant by phone and drove over to pick it up. They said it would be 30 to 40 minutes. I stood there and waited for an hour and a half because they forgot about me. The food was mediocre at best.
When I got my bank card statement I noticed that they were more generous with their tip than I had written the tip for. I called the manager to dispute this and was told he would have to call me back. I waited almost 2 weeks and he never called back so I called him back. David or Dave is the manager at this place and he is the most rude person I've ever spoken to in my life. He is the owners son. You would think he would try to have some better customer service skills, he doesn't possess any. Not only did he not want to hear what I had to say but he was not willing to do anything about the money they stole out of my account. He suggested I call my customer service number on my bank card and dispute it. I won't go into everything he said to me but he was extremely out of line and immensely rude. After he told me to dispute with my bank card he hung up on me.
Don't waste your money going to this place. Supporting them would be supporting this behavior and theft.
