I took my husband here for his birthday and was extremely disappointed. The service was fine and the place is beautiful to look at. Our appetizers were fine but I ordered the duck as a main course and this was a mistake. On the menu it is listed as a duck breast and a confit leg, it was two roasted legs on a scoop of bland mashed potatoes with collard greens.Where's the breast? The confit? I asked the waiter and was told "this is how it comes in the package" and was offered no replacement or other option so I ate some of it and figured "oh well, they don't know good service" but it had only just begun! When our dishes were cleared we were asked again (and apologized to again) how everything was and when I reiterated that everything was fine except the duck an irate chef came out of the kitchen and began to argue with me that the leg was a breast and look, here's how it comes and was shown a pre cooked half a duck from a plastic package! Seriously?? This is the most expensive thing on the menu! He kept trying to tell me there was a breast and that I just hadn't recognized it!!! I cook (fresh) duck at home, I do know what I'm talking about. I didn't even get to ask where the confit was, as there was none. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. Unprofessional, poor quality and bad customer service for a 150.00 meal? No thanks.
