I have dealt with Fong since the 90's, her baked goods are the only ones I buy in Calgary and it takes me an hour and a half to drive there.
BBQ pork buns are second to none, pork puffs are my favourite, the portuguese custard tarts are the best i have found, even her frozen spring rolls are better than any I have gotten elsewhere, and she's a delight to deal with as well.

The Durian flourcake is always too dry and hardly any durian flavour.
