My husband and I visited Copper Eagle for coffees and some bread and pastries. We were so impressed with everything about this wonderful place. Especially a loaf of bread loaded with grilled onions and peppers, olives and cheeses. I believe it was called Paradise Bread and it certainly was heavenly. The coffee was great, too, as was the brownie.
