Stumbling upon this jerky shop in Vancouver was a total game changer; watching them whip up fresh jerky right in front of me was like witnessing a culinary magic trick! Sure, the customer service could use a sprinkle of charm, but once I sank my teeth into that sweet pork jerky, I forgot all about it-seriously, I could polish off a whole bag in one sitting!
