Strolling around the Plaza before lunch led me to discover Ray's Bakery, where the shelves might have seemed a bit sparse at first glance but the welcoming staff and familiar, inviting treats quickly won me over. I couldn't resist grabbing a six-pack of cinnamon rolls with raisins-just like the ones from my childhood in Germany-and now I'm hooked on everything from their sausage rolls to the fluffy, perfectly sweet cakes.

Recently discovered Ray's Bakery while out for a stroll. Upon entering, noticed some shelves looked a bit empty but the items on display were familiar and inviting. The staff, two young women, were friendly and welcoming which made the experience enjoyable. I picked up some cinnamon rolls and was impressed by the freshness and flavors. Can't wait to go back and try more of their treats!

Disappointed with the flavour of the birthday cake. Ordered a chocolate cake but the flavour was lacking the traditional rich chocolate

Breads and cookies are otherwise good.
