Booked 2 weeks before for a party of 16 for my b-day. When I got there I found that we were at two different tables, which would have been forgivable....had we not been two tables at two different heights. I found myself speaking up, and yelling at the rest of my group. We felt like two different parties. I asked the server if it could be remedied and she told me "sorry I don't take the resi's"....wow sorry that I thought spending my birthday here was a wise choice! The server came by rarely and a member of my party was even overlooked so she did not have her order take until we ALL had our food already....this is how seldom the server came by. After having dinner, the manager came by and actually said "well if you guys are looking for drinks you have to go to a bar, this isn't your table anymore, we have this table booked again"....I have never been so angry in my life! This was the WORST birthday experience of my life, and I am so upset I subjected my guests to this treatment. I feel upset and so naive for making such a mistake. Never will I come back to this establishment.
