My family and I ordered a variety of dishes, with the kids enjoying their meals more than I did. The portions were a bit unusual, particularly with an abundance of bean tempura. Despite the slight delay in service due to busyness, the staff was friendly and even offered a discount as an apology. The overall ambiance was pleasant, although the presence of hornets in the area was a minor inconvenience that the staff did their best to address.

Great food and service. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Lots of choice on the menu.

The perch dinner is amazing! We also tried the haddock on a bun and salad. Quick friendly service and reasonable prices.

Great selection of food. But the ribs on Thursday are excellent

Yuck, if u like deep fried food saturated in oil this is your place. Over priced for low quality grub. Yikes

Having worked in the fine food industry for a very long time, this place surprised me. It used to be known as a dive bar, but the current owner has far surpassed such a label. This is a restaurant. Now it caters to your classic burgers, ribs, fish and chips etc. But these menu options are carefully prepared and never fail to disappoint. If you're in the area on Fridays, go and try the fish and chips. It will be some of the best you've ever tried.
