Before trying this restaurant, I had never eaten sushi, but now it's the only place I want to go when I'm in Chatham because the freshness and variety are unmatched. The all-you-can-eat menu makes it easy to sample many different dishes, and I especially loved the buttery salmon and white tuna sashimi as well as the flavorful special rolls. The service is friendly and quick, and even though some dishes like the deep-fried scallops didn't wow me, the overall experience left me eager to come back again.
