Got some brunch with my girlfriend today, decided to dine-in and support a small business during COVID instead of order a takeaway at a chain restaurant. Food was decent, nothing special but the service was god awful. The server we had was rude, inattentive, and sloppy even though we were one of two tables on the patio this afternoon between 2:15pm to 3:30pm.

When my girlfriend ask about what tea options they had, he rolled his eyes and said rudely, "We have them all." When she asked "Do you have mint or green?" His response was "Both. Just tell me what you want". We looked at each other and like jeez... was that such a big ask? So sorry to want to know what options there are since it's not listed on the menu.

Terrible service didn't stop there. He never asked us of allergies or informed on anything we should know about our order. We had questions about the food when it came to the table, but he never stopped by to check in or refill our drinks/offer us water. Then at the end, after we paid and tipped, he remembered that he forgot to take our names for contact-tracing. When I started to spell my last name (since most places do require it) he said "Oh, don't bother, that's enough, I couldn't care less"

... All in all, I would give this place a negative rating if I could. I really wish I spent my money some place else this morning.

Please DO NOT dine in here, it's not worth sitting in the cold for it.
Do take-out or even better, take a walk right past it to another place to eat.
