During a weekend ski trip to Wakefield, I discovered a bakery behind the Hibou with its own parking area, offering an intoxicating aroma and a perfectly balanced variety of fresh breads and baked goods. The rosemary and olive oil baguette paired wonderfully with wine and cheese, while the creative, flavorful lunch options and outstanding almond honey croissant left a lasting impression.
