I gave it four stars because the lunch special was delicious and perfect for me and my toddler to share, plus I always pick up through the drive-thru. While waiting next door, I noticed the lights went off even though they were supposed to be open until 9, then came back on with the staff clearly counting down the minutes until closing-made me laugh since I've worked in the food industry and know how it goes; also, the young woman working that Saturday was super friendly and really made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

I gave four stars because I enjoy blackjack Pizza, and while waiting for my food next door, I found the staff amusingly eager to close up. The lunch special was delicious and perfect for sharing with my toddler, and I appreciated the friendly service from a young woman who made us feel truly welcomed.

I have ordered delivery a few times and they seem to almost always forget the drink. For the amount tipped plus the delivery fee I would expect a better service. I called one time to ask for the drink amount to be credited into my account and they said they would I later forgot about it and when I looked to see if it had been credited back to my card it never was.
I like Little Caeser's better cheaper and tasty.
Sometimes I wonder if they forget the drink on purpose because they wanted a higher tip?! I tip 20% or more but for an almost $50 dollar order please have better service.
