I discovered Jo Fed's during my time in Eugene, initially finding the food average. However, upon revisiting under new ownership, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved quality and atmosphere, reminiscent of its sister restaurants. The jazz music, great drinks, and unique layout create a fun and classy experience, making it a versatile hangout spot with delicious food and decent service.
