The food at Kowloon consistently impresses with generous portions and bold, authentic flavors, especially the pan-fried garlic chicken, BBQ pork with hot mustard and sesame seeds, and the golden crispy mar far chicken. While the atmosphere is a bit dated and the dishes tend to be greasier than before, the fair pricing and family-style options make it easy to enjoy a variety of menu items. Having visited over 20 times, I can attest that this restaurant remains a reliable choice for satisfying Chinese cuisine, even if rumors of its closure have been circulating.

The food and service here are consistently great, which keeps me coming back. I always loved the pan-fried garlic chicken and BBQ pork, and there's something special about the atmosphere, especially with Cher playing in the background. Even though the place could use a little update and has gotten greasier over the years, it still holds a special spot in my heart, and I can't resist grabbing some mar far chicken whenever I'm in town!
