The resort has a great location and provides good service overall, although I did have a poor experience at the restaurant. The music can be loud in the evenings, and the view facing the parking lot towards the cruise terminal can be distracting. Despite these minor drawbacks, the resort is still a suitable option for most visitors to Key West.
