Always great

Had major issue first time ordered. They messed it up terrible, which can happen to anyone. It was busy and we understood. Three times later , back at my house, still messed up after they "tried fixing it" repeatedly. After the third time I had to call back, I asked for the manager. It was some female who was the rudest, unprofessional person I have every spoke with. I own my own business, and she is an embarrassment to female professionals who demonstrate certain standard of doing business. She was so harsh and blamed us for the issues. The food was even un edible, and we were out 43.00 that night. Totally discouraged, but thought one bad experience might not be a true example of their food, maybe a really off night, and a stressed out manager. We recently learned friends of ours, who tried it out, also had a terrible experience from pizza planet, where both of them ended up very ill for three days after eating there. They caked back to complain, and they stated basicly they were lying. At our age, I don't think we would need to lie, we have nothing to gain. Maybe we aren't the bar folk that drinks there, but we do enjoy good burgers and pizza. However, after hearing that, it was enough. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are much more pleasant, clean, respective places to eat around town. I suggest you try them instead. At least you won't be treated disrespectfully. After all, customers are the paycheck
