This is the only spot in Philadelphia where I can bet on horse racing, especially since Sugar House doesn't offer horse betting despite new sports gambling laws. I usually come by for the big races; parking is decent, the cheap domestic drinks are a plus, and while the food options are basic and a bit like a high school concession stand, it's a convenient off-track betting option in the city.
