5:00 PM, order #305828. To pick up this order we were at your drive through for over 20 minutes with 3 vehicles in front of us. We ordered 2 Big Box 3 piece chickens. When we reached the window we were told there would be a wait for the original recipe, we ended up taking the extra crispy recipe to eliminate the wait. When we got home to eat our meal we found out the coleslaw was missing. Bad experience not looking to return anytime soon.
