restaurant port richey, fl Ordered egg plant o=parmasian. Did not enjoy. skin was still on ir, overcooked sliced to thin and it was just awful.Spaghetti portion was scanty. The waiter and the manager were very pleasant and cordial. I will add my dining partner did enjoy her meal so I would recommend a change in the preparation of this dish.
