just experienced the worst sevice and food! should have known better than go to a restaurant where there is no waiting on Friday night at 7pm. food was poorley prepared orders for burbon street steaks were not burbon street steaks only one was and waitress tried to convience me other wise and was a plain sirloin my wife steak was ordered med and was DOA not even close manager was called to table and we explained that spinnish dip was cold when brought to table and it took 30 min to get to table steaks were returned by us only to be brought back to table again prepared wrong and they tried to give us the same steaks they served us first and then mgr wanted us to pay a higher price for a cup of soup and spinnish artichoke dip we refusted to pay for sorry service and very sorry poorley pepared FOOD we will never grace the doors of this restaurant in Jackson Tenn again ever They gave me a bill for almost 15.00 for dip and a cup of soup and that was the mgr way of saying sorry for the sorry food and service when I told her I would not pay for it she said you ate part of it and then said never mind I will take care of this come back to see us. THIS IS A ALL TIME LOW IN FOOD AND SERVICE IN A RESTAURANT AND I AM 60 YRS OLD AND EAT OUT AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK
