The coffee was fantastic, and I was really impressed by the friendly staff. Stopping here during our drive from Grand Rapids to Chicago was a great decision, especially since the drive-thru service was super quick!

I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the coffee at this chain location we stumbled upon during our road trip from Grand Rapids to Chicago. Despite the drive-through only service due to Covid restrictions, the speed and efficiency of the staff made our pit stop enjoyable and convenient. The combination of excellent customer service, refreshing beverages, and unique building design makes this Biggby/Subway location a standout choice for future visits.
