3 friends about 4:40pm- 1person's soup luke warm - 1 person's sandwich served cold although it WAS hot bc cheese was melted - my whole meal was a mess!!! I had to ask for my biscuits, hash browns were not even browned- they were full of some oily product!!!!! The southwest omelet had 10 black beans and few kernals of corn. How pathetic can you get if the cook at a Bob Evans can't even brown hash browns or make a decent omlete as stated on the menu. And after getting our to go boxes, we waited 8 minutes and then I stood up to look for server- I stood there for 3 minutes and no one asked why. He never showed, must have been on break - we got in line without a check to pay. He got NO TIP. Don't eat there! It's pathetic for a restaurant! I'll never eat at another Bob Evans again!!!!!! Pathetic that the chain allows their restaurant to be run so badly!
