While the food was hot and fresh. The customer service Is extremely lacking. I did not receive a single please or thank-you. The cashier was mumbling his words and didn't seem like he enjoyed his job. Also other employees were more interested on being on their phones. Non of them were wearing masks.

My boyfriend and i recently had gone to burger king 2x in the last month. The first time i waited at counter for 5 mins and ataff and manager just looked at me and refused to help us. We walked out and went to columbus. Then, we went last night wanting to give another chance. I stood at counter for probably a good 3 mins or so. We finally ordered but it shouldnt take this long for people to help you. We are extremely disappointed and it wont stay in business very long if they keep it up. We wont bother going to beaver dam, we will just go to columbus

Our food was hot and very tasty. Been too long since a Burger King was operational in Beaver Dam. Employee's were courteous. Place looks great. Long live the KING!
