Ordering a custom cake on short notice felt stressful, but Val made the entire process so smooth by patiently answering my questions and helping design exactly what I wanted. The cake arrived beautifully crafted and tasted even better than I imagined, becoming the highlight of our celebration. Every interaction with the team was warm and accommodating, making me confident I'll be coming back for future occasions.

My experience with Cakes by Karen was absolutely phenomenal! I had a custom cake ordered with just 3 days notice, and they delivered it locally from Austin to Aurora for me. Working with Val was a breeze - she helped design the cake, took my custom image and messaging, and the end product was both beautiful and delicious! The cake was a hit at the event and made for a memorable surprise announcement. Val's customer service skills and the quality of the cake definitely exceeded my expectations - I'll be coming back for more!
