We have one Captain D's in Jackson Tennessee located South Highland. The service terrible. Set in the drive thru line along with 6 other cars for 45 minutes. When you got to the window, add another 15 minutes! There were only about 4 people in the dining area eating. The problem was the cooking staff. Too busy arguing with each other. This is not the first time, but the longest!!!!
