I've lived here for almost 20 years and since Pete (the old owner) sold it this place went to hell in a hand basket!!! First off I ordered online then I go out of the way to call them and verify the order to make sure it's correct. Then I also make sure they know where my house is so it's easy for the delivery driver to find. Everytime since Peter has been gone the order is wrong. They know I haven't ordered a pizza from them that wasn't square cut and to to it off I pay extra for other toppings and that's on the receipt. Everytime, Everytime it's been wrong 100% of the time!!! How can you me something up when I do online order then call to verify my order and it's wrong??? I will drive to Seneca or Ottawa if I want it done right! Anyone ordering from Casey in Marseilles Illinois I will pay you 20 dollars to order from anywhere but there!!!
