I recently discovered Chang's on a Monday night, seeking a new dining spot since my usual haunt is closed at the start of the week. Despite being limited to takeout only for now, Chang's promises to introduce dine-in service soon. What initially seemed like a bubble tea joint surprised me with a diverse menu featuring dishes like Singapore noodles and chicken fried rice. The flavorful Singapore noodles and generously portioned chicken fried rice left us impressed, making Chang's a worthy addition to our dining rotation.
