If I could give a -10 (negative 10)......I would!
We drove a good distance to get to Chicken Express, in Terrell. We stopped at the order menu & voice came on asking, "Can I help you?" I started my order (barely got out I need 2 - #2 combos. Voice came back, "hold on"
We waited & waited. Finally, voice came back & said, "pull around, I'll take your order at the window, I have to see how long it will take to cook that & I have to find everyone."
My husband drove up to window & we waited & waited. Finally, an employee emerged WITHOUT a hair net & had TONS of black & white hair....EVERYWHERE. Again, we waited & waited. My husband pulled around building slowly & we looked. What we did we see???
The employee, hiding under order menu in ordering area of restaurant & cook hiding behind silver shelve thing next to drive thru window. We LOVED Chicken express, will never go there again

worst chicken I have had in many many years, not ever again....

I went there today thru the drive thru the person wouldn't give us time to order and was not very friendly either.
