Vladimir, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me find a missing item by personally checking a just-arrived delivery truck, which made my shopping experience truly outstanding. The staff here are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist, and the quality of produce, fresh seafood, and prepared foods like the pork chop Milanese and paella is exceptional. While some prices can be steep, the superior quality and service make it worth stopping by for specialty items and gourmet treats.

Shout-out to the dedicated Store Manager, Vladimir, for his exceptional customer service and attention to detail in managing store operations. During my recent visit, Vladimir went above and beyond to locate a specific item for me that was just delivered on a truck, ensuring I left the store satisfied. While the prepared foods section could use some improvement, the Paella at UES Citarella stands out as a must-try dish, rivaling even those I've tasted in Spain.
