Horrible experience! Slow service just to place a "To Go" order on a Monday night and it wasn't even busy.
The two hostesses were focused more on socializing than being attentive to the needs of the customers. They could not help me with a "To go" order and stated that they "did not know the menu"
I waited 20mins after my pick up time because they did not have the courtesy to notify me. I was waiting at the counter the entire time"¦they saw me waiting with my two young sons and ignored me until I had to speak up and ask on the status of my order.
Terrible customer service!!!

Service was extremely slow for past 3 visits
Food was cold each time and fried chicken was old
Manager Nepolian had no solution to our issues. Simply a standard cold "sorry".
This will be my last visit to this restaurant.

Food was horrible no biscuits were hard server took long time to bring them. It was a Thursday no fish only to be served on Friday. The servers have horrible team work they don't seem to
Help each other. I was not happy with the service one server seem to have a hard time carrying the tray the other one was dropping plates. Maybe better next time
