First off.. I DO NOT Appreciate getting hung up on by a manager when calling back. I had ordered chicken fried steak at 8pm, took about 15 minutes standing at the server station before being acknowledged, once sat and ordered.. Waitress comes out and rudely said, we are out of gravy pick something else. she has to go get another menu.. At that I walked out..with water and coffee on the table. I go somewhere else, call back, ask the first person at the desk, once simple question. "What time do you close." then wanted a number or email to a General Manager, I proceed to get Nothing But A run around / avoidance and then a manager named Dee on the line, who snaps at that point, saying, i'm making gravy. and hang up. No explanation or anything. I was Perfectly willing to wait for more to be made and would have used all that was made but... NO, Nothing from anyone other than rude hangups and comments. District Manager seems to be someone that has no customer service experience at all and doesn't follow up with issues at all.
I am 10 years clear of stage 4 throat cancer and MUST eat things with Gravy, I drove an hour passing the Gainesville location because I was going to other stores in the area also. I have not had a coke, dr pepper or fast food in 10 years, I eat VERY LIMITED LOCATIONS. The Sherman WAS one i went to often, probably not for a while until Better Training is done for that location. This location has been going downhill for a while and GETTING ZERO response or reply or anything from upper management is getting ridiculous. I'm waiting on a phone call from Someone Higher than a GM or District at this point.
