the West Union, Iowa location drive through worker (according to my receipt, his name was Dakota) did not have a mask on at all. I had to dump the whole top half of our Blizzards because he was breathing all over everything. In food service especially not wearing a mask is RIDICULOUS. I won't be back. He didn't even do the upside down thing either. Train your employees better. I don't normally complain about specific employees because mistakes are made and I don't want to be a Karen but this is special circumstances. If a worker can't do the absolute minimum of wearing a mask and not spewing their possibly covid infected aerosols all over customer's food, then they shouldn't work there. If I were to contract covid I would likely kill my elderly immunocompromised parents. I wear double masks and even at drive through. Drive through should be SAFE. But nope. Guess those of us that actually care about not killing others don't even get to have that one simple thing anymore because people are so selfish and idiotic that they can't wear a piece of fabric over their faces to help keep others alive.
