I called to order three topping specials. Explained how I wanted them done. Order was taken, pizzas were right.

I called a couple weeks later. Tried to place the same order. Person on the phone told me that it wasn't possible. Told me it would cost extra. Was not only not helpful but was rude.

I sent someone in with a credit card for the second order. That person said they weren't treated rudely by the person who waited on them. They were told that we could not place that order again because someone else might ask for the same thing and they didn't have time to make it for everyone. At that point the counter person walked away without giving a receipt for the sale.

I went to the store to get a receipt for my expense account. The person who waited on me, different person was very accommodating, even apologizing for the need to make a second trip to get a proper receipt
