Called east of Chicago pizza in barberton, ohio ordered a medium tower pizza and picked it up. Once we all were eating our pizza we noticed it was not a tower pizza. Called them talked to manager who acted as if I was at fault for my wrong pizza. After felling like I am stupid, she finally gave me credit. They told me since I picked up pizza at window, I would need to pick up my credit pizza. Never once offered to deliver me a new pizza. Then, about a half hour later a neighbor had a pizza from them delivered. Now, why could they admit their mistake and bring us out the correct pizza. Very bad customer experience. Don't let this happen to you.
