The food here is amazing, especially the crispy fries and the roast beef with rice and beans, and the green and red sauces really bring out the authentic flavors. Omar and the rest of the staff were super friendly and fast, making me feel like part of the family even during the long wait.

The customer service here is exceptional, with friendly staff that create a warm, family-like atmosphere. I had a delicious chicken soup and the crispy fries were perfectly seasoned, making the meal truly enjoyable. Despite a longer wait, the kindness from the employees and the authentic flavors of the roast beef dish made it all worthwhile.
