Called in to order a steak and cheese sub. According to website and take out menu, this should come with "real chipped steak, melted mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato. I received an over "toasted" rock hard roll with over-cooked, dry bits of "steak," which I returned. I presented them with the take out menu, informed them that is what I wanted, prepared with the items listed. My mistake came in NOT checking the sub before I left. The roll was toasted correctly, but the sub was missing several elements, only have an overabundance of lettuce, a "hint" of tomato, AND NOTHING ELSE. NO ONION, NO CHEESE, NO MUSHROOMS, NO PEPPERS. I will be returning the half I didn't eat tomorrow, and inquiring how someone is to get what is described, because I obviously didn't use the proper code word or secret handshake to get what the menu describes!
