HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! I ordered dinner at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night after arriving at my hotel. At 8:10pm I called the restaurant to inquire as to why my dinner hadn't been delivered when I already received the confirmation email and my credit card HAD BEEN CHARGED the full amount. The "manager" girl I spoke to told me she didn't receive my online order, my card was never charged and that it was my problem, not hers or the restaurant's! Obviously I informed her if my card was charged, we would have a problem. I then ordered dinner from Pizza Hut. At 8:25pm the owner of Gambino's Pizza in Great Bend, KS called me to explain all of the excuses as to why the restaurant didn't receive my order, but yet she received it on her cell phone! She also informed me that my credit card WAS charged in full! I will NEVER order from this restaurant again and will tell everyone and anyone who asks for a reference about what happened. This is either a complete scam or else another example of an incompetent person trying to run a business! It gets 1 star only because it won't allow me to give it 0!
