The milkshakes here are incredibly delicious, with cookies and cream being my favorite flavor, and I enjoy watching them prepare it right in front of me. Although the staff is friendly, wears masks and gloves, and maintains mostly clean ice cream coolers, the line is consistently long, especially since there is often only one employee working, so patience is required when ordering. Prices are reasonable, and the rewards program adds value, making it a satisfying treat to indulge in Haagen-Dazs ice cream or an ice cream bar while visiting the mall.

I am absolutely obsessed with the milkshakes from this place in the mall. My favorite is the cookies and cream flavor, and watching them make it right in front of me is so cool. The staff are always wearing masks and gloves and are really friendly, but the long lines can be frustrating at times. Despite the wait, the milkshakes are totally worth it for a delicious sweet treat.
