We ordered biscuits and gravy for breakfast on Tuesday, June 6. The gravy was cold; the biscuits were about one-half inch thick and almost as hard as a rock. I have always enjoyed the biscuits from Hardee's; however, these were definitely not up to standard.
I don't like to be a complainer; however, I think management needs to know about these things.

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a BIG CHICKEN sandwich, I waited over 12 minutes, the sandwich was burnt, The bun was old and was falling apart, no tomatoe on it either. GROSS The service really SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
