order the new bacon burger got a burger two hambagers and cheese.
Went back not a sorry from the manager nor the person who made the mistake.
Gotten a previous order not one napkin enclosed.
Need some decent workers and managers to run the place because you have a good product

I went through you drive thru on Thursday 5-15-14 The gentleman, I think his name was Michael, that handed me my food was very friendly and polite. He seemed to enjoy talking and helping his customers. You don't see that often in fast food service. He even smiled!

Stopped by on 9/21 went through drive through at 8:45pm. I was blown away by your customer service. From the person who was taking our order to the gentleman giving us our food. I don't ever recall getting that great of service at a fast food restaurant. please pass on to your crew its that type of customer service that will have your customers coming back. I know we will. many thanks to your crew that was on the night of 9/21
