I had a wonderful experience at the IHOP this morning. The customer service was exceptional, and our waiter, Dereck, was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. It was a refreshing change from our recent lack of decent service, and I'm grateful for the positive experience.

I went IHOP thinking they were going to be great food. Well, the room was cold told waitress can she turn the ceiling fan down or off cause the room was already cold. She said she couldn't, the food was cold and my friend order the same thing. The service to was terrible. Management gave 20% discount should have been free. Never again.
