DO NOT GO TO JJFATTS. The food is decent but the service is horrible. I placed an order there and they got my order wrong. They forgot part of it and then when it was noted they rushed and gave me the wrong order. So, when I called to get it replaced they said they would give me a credit the next day. When I tried to collect said credit, they would not issue it without me returning the other food. I had to go to my house and get the old order out of the TRASH CAN and take it up there. By this time I didn't want any food from them. When the manager "Jeff" supposedly refunded part of my order (not the whole order) he "accidentally" charged me instead. He was unapologetic and very rude. I will not be going back to JJ Fatts. This was a huge ordeal over a mistake that their staff made. However, I was made to feel like it was my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
