Stopped by KFC in Crossett Arkansas to order supper and when pulling in the driveway, noticed advertisement for $3.99 Chicken Pot Pie...we then pulled into drive thru to order and requested Pot Pie for $3.99 and lady on intercom (very nice spoken) stated they weren't that price, had not had time to take the sign down, and the new price would be $5.00+. My husband asked her if we could get it for $3.99 since the sign still showed that price....she apologized and said no, but checked with someone else to make sure...(don't know who that was)...returned to intercom and apologized saying they couldn't give it to us at that price!!! Needless to say, we left, and went to SONIC. Sometimes, It's not all about the price......it's the fact what was advertised was not honored...this is very misleading, isn't this false advertisement??? It wasn't the customers fault!!! We have eaten there numerous times in the past!!!
