I've never had one good experience here at the Oakland KFC. I try to always support the local businesses here, but this one needs to go out of business. Service is always terrible, never has crispy, you can always hear the employees laughing and carrying on and not paying attention to the customer. They always leave parts of the order out. Management is never to be seen or available. Seriously needs to shut down and let another business take over because the owner of this KFC has done a miserable job for the people of Oakland.

Complaints go unanswered due to instability and inconsistency of management. You can go to the corp side, but then you will end up with the corp, automated response. Agreed, worst KFC ever visited. Product outage, long wait, incorrect order and super rude staff. Best to simply avoid

Jason, Sir: Somewhere on your receipt is a Customer Service #, or a website. Stop repeating a bad experience, and let the franchise owner know things are not up to standards, at that outlet! Be specific! They will continue, as is, if no one says something! Be someone!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to EVER. Service is horrible, food takes 15+ minutes to get and there is av95% chance it's wrong. My food was still wrong but I took it home b/c I was tired of trying to get the point across by showing my receipt DID NOT MATCH MY FOOD. Apparently he couldn't read, when I got my food home I took bite into and center was ice cold. This is my 5th time in this specific one and it gets increasingly worse every time. Atleast they can do something consistent. Tried to call but phone off hook and Management is obviously lazy.
