I had the most delightful conversion with management about my negative experience I had today at Little Caesars. It was never a food quality issue. in fact they have such a high rating that I travel way out of my way just to eat at this location. so they are doing things right. My issue was with not being able to speak with anyone over the phone and that they ultimately left off the drink my husband was supposed to get. he went back to get but it was an inconvenience because he'd driven off but later the management apologized over the phone and even offered to make it right by remaking the entire order! I was surprised to hear from a real person and not like an email or an mailed card weeks later declaring to make it right . To me, this felt urgent that they speak to me today and I felt important; and for that all is forgiven. I am a satisfied customer now. thanks for reaching out. that kind of outreach will make me a long term customer.
