I had an amazing time at the Nestle Toll House Cafe in Otay Mesa, where the dessert options made it hard to choose just one treat. I enjoyed a delicious horchata with boba and a pecan cookie cup, while my manfriend and his daughter savored a brownie and cookies. The staff, especially Pauline with her hot pink hair, provided exceptional service, even offering my daughters free cookies, which made the experience even sweeter.
