I've visited Newks several times and have encountered watered down potato soup on three occasions, which was disappointing. However, I appreciate the fresh and modestly priced food, along with the quick service, especially during less busy times. The indoor and outdoor seating options are enjoyable, particularly the patio with sunset views, and my family and I have always appreciated the friendly staff and delicious menu items like the grilled steak sandwich and pimiento mac n cheese.

The potato soup often tastes watered down, which is disappointing. However, I enjoy the modestly priced and fresh-tasting food at this long-time favorite spot with friendly service.
