Horrible service! I placed an order online through Panera's website and got my confirmation email. Waited for over an hour and a half. Called them no one picked up then waited 10 mins and called them again to be put on hold. They told me that Door dash cancelled my order. I explained to them I never placed my order through Door Dash just Panera's website. The guy I was speaking to made it sound like they don't deliver. But on their website it says that they do deliver. They clearly messed up and lied. I just can't believe their horrible customer service. I used to love Panera Bread but after this they completely lost my business. If I could give zero stars I would.
